Do You Notice Certain Feelings Or Reactions Showing Up Again and Again?
Sometimes our experiences stay with us longer than we realize. At The Wiggly Hands Co, we offer a space to slow down, understand these patterns, and find healthier ways forward — for yourself, your child, or your family.
Who We Support?

Children & Teens
"When feelings show up through behavior"
Many children and teens who may not yet have the words for what they feel. Instead, their emotions appear through tantrums, anxiety, withdrawal or big reactions.

These behaviors are often not about being "difficult". They are signals that a child may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure or in need of support to feel safe and understood.

We help children explore and express what they are experiencing in ways that feel safe and manageable.

Parents
"Trying their best while learning new ways to support their child"
Parenting can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be challenging and exhausting at times.

Many parents want to respond calmly and confidently, yet find themselves feeling overwhelmed, unsure or reacting in ways they wish they could change.

We support parents in understanding their child's needs, strengthening connection and developing practical ways to respond with confidence and care.

Adults
"Making sense of patterns and experiences"
Adults who have spent years managing responsibilities, expectations and relationships while carrying experiences that may still affect how they feel today.

We offers a space to slow down, reflect and understand the patterns that may have developed over time. From there, new ways of relating to oneself and others can begin to shape.

Healing does not need to be rushed. It can unfold at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
How We Work?

Artistic materials such as sand, color, clay, and movement can help express thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to put into words.
Understanding Patterns
Through reflection and guided exploration, we begin to understand how past experiences may shape present reactions, relationships and emotions.

Therapy is paced with care and respect, allowing experiences to be explored safely without pressure or judgment.
